202. Speed days-again, remember my three week cycle: Week 1: 4 x 880 at 5k race, jog same distance between each, week 2: 3 x1k (2 1/2 laps on track) at 5k race pace, jog same distance between each, week 3: 2 x mile, jog 880, at 5k race pace, warm up, cool down, add one repetition more in cycle 2, and cycle three, so you get to five repeats of each.
