Training Tip #23-Traveling a long way on a plane. Get up every two hours, walk around five-ten minutes, do a bit of stretching and drink water, several glasses over a six-eight hour flight. Once you get off the plane, check into your hotel and either get in a short run, or take a thirty minute walk. Then nap or do what you need to do!
