PAUL, Minn. – Twin Cities In Motion, the organizers of the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon and other Twin Cities running events, has awarded Molly Ann Kuhs of Edina High School and Ryan Trapp of Elk River High School its 2013 Twin Cities in Motion College Scholarships.
