Pat went to the University of Oregon and was Steve Prefontaine's roommate. He was one of the winningest high school coaches in the country while at Mead High School in Spokane, Washington and is currently a coach at Gonzaga University. You also may be familiar with his book called "Coaching Cross Country Successfully" from Human Kinetics.
Pat will be talking about distance training & racing for the youth and high school runner and sharing some real life stories during the Pre years. There will be time for you to ask questions about coaching, your event, and Pre.
The first session is March 20th.
He will be back on April 10th, May15th, then he will join us at the Youth Runner Elite Middle School Camp Aug 13-17th.
