Williams Wins Cow Harbor 10k, While Cheseret Picks Up US 5k Bronze and Suver Posts A Big 1/2 Marathon PR - (Colorado Springs, CO) - Alisha Williams (adidas/BRC) kicked off a weekend of racing for the ADP with a commanding kick to win the Cow Harbor 10k in Newport, NY. After seven straight races, Williams finally earned the overall title by powering away from Stephanie Rothstein over the last 800-meters to win with an eleven-second margin in 32:59.
