Congrats to Galen Rupp, Wallace Spearmon Jr. and Meb...all who were Guest Editors in Youth Runner Magazine.
Galen was a high school senior when he was Guest Editor so it's been fun to watch his running career and see USA back on top.
The USA Junior Mountain Running Team is packing up for a trip over to Italy to run in the World Championship Race. We've followed the team almost every year now. Tomorrow at 4:30 PST (west coast time) they're hosting a Google Hangout where you can meet the team and submit questions ahead of time. Every time someone talks their webcam shows them. If you just finished with nationals hopefully you've had a chance to breathe in. If you're on the XC mileage, it's still hot out there...stay hydrated and throw on some sun screen.
