European Champion Richard Ringer will run his next marathon in Hamburg on 23rd April. Organisers announced this today during a press conference with the runner, who became Germany’s first male marathon gold medal winner in the long history of the continental championships.
USATF - McLaughlin-Levrone, Lyles take Jackie Joyner-Kersee Award and Jesse Owens Award as USATF Athletes of the Year; Walker named Nike Coach of the Year; Willis is Youth Athlete of the Year, Hitchings and Meiler are Masters Athletes of the Year.
