MECHANICSVILLE, Virginia — With Team USATF roster spots on the line for the World Athletics Cross Country Championships in Bathurst, Australia next month, the competition was fierce at the USATF Cross Country Championships, as U.S. Army standouts Ednah Kurgat and Emmanuel Bor won the open women’s and open men’s titles, Irene Riggs and Leo Young picked up U20 wins, and April Lund and Ben Bruce locked in Masters titles. 

The timetable for athletics competition at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and the dates for the World Athletics Relays Nassau 24 have been confirmed by World Athletics.

BOSTON—The Boston Athletic Association (B.A.A.) proudly announced today the women’s professional field for the 127th Boston Marathon, featuring decorated Open, Wheelchair and Para Athletics Division athletes from 18 countries. Among the field are global medalists, national record holders, Olympians and Paralympians, as well as five Boston Marathon champions.

Margaret Chelimo Kipkemboi, Rahel Daniel, Rodrigue Kwizera and Oscar Chelimo headline the 66th edition of the Campaccio-International Cross Country in San Giorgio su Legnano, the 10th Gold level race of this season’s World Athletics Cross Country Tour, on Friday (6).
