The 2:20 barrier is the major target at the Mainova Frankfurt Marathon on Sunday. Given good weather conditions, a group of women are aiming to break 2:20 on Sunday. Meskerem Assefa, who clocked the current course record of 2:20:36 last year, returns to defend her title.
